Title: Dear Andre Ware
Category: excited
Blog Entry: Dear Andre Ware, It was very apparent that you don't care for the Buckeyes when you announced last weeks game. Take some advice from someone with some announcing experience, although mine is not on as big of a stage as yours, I have announced for the little Buckeyes and at Cooper Stadium. As an announcer you should remain non-biased throughout the game, which means you shouldn't show any frustration when the Buckeyes are successful on a fake punt. You see, the season isn't over yet. We play an Illinois team this week that always plays tough against us, and lets not forget next weeks battle with that team up north. When they watch this weeks game film, and you know they will, and they see we can run a fake punt. That gives them something else they have to prepare for. Whether we run it against them or not, every time our punt team steps on the field, you will hear "Watch out for the fake" echoing down the side line. So, even with the game in hand, this play was neccessary.    You were also very disappointed in our last touchdown (I think Coach Tress may have been a little also). But Ohio State has a lot of potentialy great players and when the underclassmen finaly get a chance to play, it's one of the few chances they get to show what they can do, and they should be expected to do all they can do. I didn't hear you complaining when Florida State won 63-3 (that's what you call running the score up). Also, points scored are part of the calculation when determining BCS standings. And yes, the BCS gods want the Buckeyes in a BCS bowl because the fans travel more than any other teams fans. It's money in the bank.   Please take these things into consideration no matter who's game you are announcing and remain non-biased. If that is something you just can't do, then the next time you are assigned to announce for the Buckeyes, do us all a favor and call in sick.   Yours Truly A Proud Member of the Buckeye Nation Earl
