Title: Illinois

Blog Entry: We already know the Illinois game plan for this week. Spread the field and run juice. When that stops working, spread the field a little more, and run juice some more. Although Kafka doesn't have the supporting cast that juice has (a running game and more than one receiver) he did provide the Buckeyes with a very good warm up for stopping Illinois. A couple of quarterbacks have been able to run against us this year. But they couldn't do it for the whole game. You can watch the progresively slow down with each shot they take from the Buckeye defense, until someone puts a helmet on their chin, then the big gains are over. Juice will get some yards this week, but when it matters most, the defense always seems to step up and make the big play or the big stop. There has been alot of talk about the offensive line lately, it's even coming from some former players. It reminds me of something kdavis said earlier this year. We are Buckeye fans and up or down, we need to act like Buckeye fans and continue to support our team. I'm married, I'm pretty good at selective hearing so it's easy to ignore the naysayers. Don't worry about the offense this week. The line will do their jobs, Wells will get his yards, and Pryor (hopefully the rumors of a fractured arm are false) will put points on the board. Go Bucks!
