Subject: Booing in the Shoe
Content: WTF is going on in the Shoe nowadays? Are the fans going to the games that god damned fickle that they can't support our team unless they are blowing someone out in total domination? I realize that our offense is struggling but even people watching on TV can hear our fans booing our TRUE FRESHMAN QB when he is not having a game winning type day - what type of message is that sending to other top ranked recruits out there? [br] [br] We have always been called the Buckeye Nation - a rabid group of fans that could be called a twelveth man any day of the week. We scream for our team till our lungs bleed, follow them whereever they travel and consistently are the majority of fans at bowl games. What has happened that now we boo our own team in our own house?!?!?! [br] [br] I need some answers here - has anyone gone to the games that can tell me what the overall vibe/energy is in the stadium? As a fan watching remotely it is f#$*%@* embarassing to hear our fans not only being barely loud enough to excite anyone, let alone booing our boys at home. [br] [br] We survived 12 years of Cooper shitting the bed against TSUN and still cheered our team - why can't our crowd cheer our team that has only lost one game this year and is still very much in the hunt of a third consecutive Big Ten title? [br] [br] Think about it this way - TSUN lost to Toledo and their crowd booed them. Do we want to be in the same class as those douche bags up north?
